Isaac Piha was the Lead Carpenter for a renovation of our house attic. The project involved removing half the roof, adding a ridge beam, framing two dormers, installing floor to ceiling windows, and replacing the roof. The dormer framing was especially difficult because of the complex angles and required precision. Isaac excelled and the project was a huge success. 

In addition to his craftsmanship, Isaac's professionalism shone in two ways. First, the project took six months while we were living in the house. Sharing living space and work space is a challenge, and Isaac took extreme care to minimize the construction impacts no our daily routine. Second, the project necessitated exposing the house to the elements. Isaac was immediately responsive late nights and weekends when unforseen weather required immediate action. 

We would gladly hire Isaac again and recommend him enthusiastically.

Isaac is a delight to work with! He brought such attention to detail and creativity to the framing and construction of our addition. A part of our project included an enclosed porch; he added finishes and curves to the framing to turn it from a simple porch into an inviting retreat.
